On the evening of 9 October, a fire occurred at one of the residential sites we manage, affecting three properties.
We are extremely grateful to the fire brigade for their swift response and the support shown to residents.
Our team, including Head of Property Management Emma Keeley and Senior Property Manager Ben Parry, attended site to assist residents and will continue to provide on-site support in the days ahead. We are liaising closely with emergency services, insurers, and contractors to ensure all necessary steps are taken safely and sensitively.
Our thoughts remain with all those affected, and we will continue to support residents in the coming weeks.
