Property Management Team of the Year 2026

We’re delighted that Cleaver Property Management Ltd won Property Management Team of the Year at the FM & Property Awards UK 2026.

The judges’ comments mean a great deal to us. They recognised our “strong people centred approach” and the trust our team has built through transparency, accountability, responsive communication and exceptional customer service.

They also highlighted something at the heart of how we work: the value of putting relationships first.

This award belongs to everyone across Cleaver Property Management. From property management and maintenance to accounts and our wider support team, it reflects the care and collaboration they bring to our clients, residents and developments every day.

Thank you to the judges and the FM & Property Awards UK for this recognition — and congratulations to the whole team. We’re very proud of you.
