“I have worked with Cleaver Property Management for the last 5 years. During that time, we have encountered challenges from residents impaling themselves on railings, a shortage of car parking, anti-social behaviour and the usual vicissitudes of life in an apartment building.

Throughout that time, Cleaver have been a voice of reason. They are honest, pragmatic, straightforward, fair and reasonable. 

We have extended the car parking by 50% thanks to Cleaver’s detailed negotiations with the freeholder. We have improved the gardens, managed tricky TPO borders, refreshed garages, iron work, gates, driveway and external woodwork.

Residents ‘day to day’ issues have been dealt with in a timely and sensitive manner. Finally, as a Director of the building’s management company, I have felt 100% confident in Cleaver’s ability to deal with any issues that arise and to do so in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
