Are you considering selling your leasehold property, or in the process of doing so?
Cleaver Property Management will liaise directly with your solicitor throughout the selling process, making sure they have everything they need to get your sale through as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Management Packs
If you're selling a Leasehold property, your solicitor will require a Leasehold Management Pack. We can liaise directly with your solicitor throughout this process and provide them with everything they need. A Management Pack will include your completed LPE1 form, along with the following documents:
- Service Charge statement
- Service Charge accounts
- Service Charge budgets
- Buildings insurance
- Any relevant notices served on Leaseholders
- Fire Risk Assessment
- Asbestos Reports
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- AGM Minutes
To request a pack, please call us on 0118 978 7182 or email info@cleaverproperty.co.uk with the first line of your property address in the subject line. Please see costs below for a Management Pack, which can be paid via BACS.
Please order your management pack as soon as you can in the conveyancing process. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 working days from order and receipt of our fee.

Solicitor's Enquiries
Notice of Transfer
If you have purchased one of our Leasehold or Freehold properties, we will require a Notice of Transfer from your solicitor. This is so we can update our records and begin to liaise with you regarding the property. Notice of Transfer can be sent via email to info@cleaverproperty.co.uk.
Our Notice of Transfer fee is £90 +VAT and can be paid via BACS.
