An improvement project at Upton Park by the Cleaver Property Management maintenance team has transformed the previously uneven parking area. The team tackled numerous potholes that had collected water, creating a safety hazard. They diligently cleared the water, filled the potholes completely, and compacted the filled areas to ensure a stable surface. To finish, they replaced the gravel, resulting in a smooth and level parking area for residents to enjoy.
