Cleaver Property Management was founded over 29 years ago by Martin and Susan Cleaver. Built on a foundation of family values, the business was cemented by delivering a high-end Property Management service. We pride ourselves on the fact that our company has grown mostly via recommendation, but we’re also proud of the fact that we’ve never grown beyond our core values.

Come into the Cleaver Property Management office in Wokingham, and you’ll be met by a team of friendly faces. In true family fashion you’ll get offered copious amounts of tea and coffee, despite your insistence that water will do. In addition to our welcoming team, you’ll often receive a warm greeting from our teams' dogs (unless of course you’re uncomfortable with dogs, in which case please quietly let us know and we will usher them out of the way).

There may be contractors buzzing around, catching up with our Property Managers on the progress of repairs. Or we may all be gathered in the kitchen, as we like to take our lunch breaks together to spend time as a team. The phones may be ringing off the hook or it may be eerily quiet, depending on which team members are out on site visits! Come at around 5.00pm on a Friday and you’ll likely hear the gentle jingle of the drinks trolley, as our lovely Office Manager delivers a light tipple to each desk. (You’re more than welcome to join us!)

We have developed policies within our company that help us work more efficiently and effectively for our clients. These policies maximise the use of our time so that we can offer a quality service and value for money. For example:
  • We have a dedicated member of staff to deal with regulatory inspections such as Fire Risk Assessments and Asbestos Surveys
  • We will aim to respond to all telephone and email enquiries within 3-5 business days (for non-emergencies) unless otherwise stated
  • You will have a dedicated Property Manager to answer any queries and liaise with you directly
  • You will have a dedicated Account Manager to answer your financial queries
  • Our Property Manager and Account Manager portfolios are capped so that we can maintain a high quality of service
  • Our in-house Maintenance team will operate a turn-around of five business days (for non-emergencies) unless otherwise stated
  • We will offer our team ongoing training and staff development opportunities so that they can provide the best possible service to their clients
