Martin Cleaver


A Director within the company, Martin has worked within both commercial and residential property sectors, gaining experience with Unisys and PriceWaterhouseCoopers before specialising in residential property at a company based in Wokingham. He has over 20 years’ experience of managing residential property and is responsible for developing the business as a high quality property management company.

Susan Cleaver


Susan started the business in 1993 with her husband, Martin. Prior to that Susan worked for Johnson & Johnson and Dell Computers in a variety of administrative roles. She now specialises in accounting and personnel within the business, ensuring that all aspects of the financial management for clients are effectively delivered.

Sarah Cleaver

Property Manager

Sarah joined Cleaver Property Management in 2015. She has worked in London for the last 10 years as a Personal Assistant with roles including administration, client liaison and contract ratification. Kerry Ramsay


Kerry joined Cleaver Property Management in 2017 as a Property Manager following several years in a property management role. Kerry is now a Senior Property Manager and deals with all aspects of contract management, maintenance projects and insurance and manages her portfolio alongside her Account Manager Helen.

Agata Jabłońska

Senior Account Manager

Agata joined Cleaver Property Management in 2016 following a background in administration, marketing & research. Helen Helliwell

Account Manager

Helen joined Cleaver Property Management in 2016. She has a background within the banking sector with roles including Corporate client relationship management, Internal audit and Corporate risk analysis. Helen now looks after her own portfolio of properties dealing with the collection of service charge, debtor control, supplier payment and general fiscal control over clients’ accounts.

Office Manager

Zoë joined Cleaver Property Management in 2015 to strengthen the in-house administration aspects of the company, she is responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. Debbie Hayward


Debbie joined Cleaver Property Management in 2016 as our Maintenance Administrator to assist our maintenance team. Debbie’s background has been in the retail industry alongside other various administrative roles, her duties with us include liaising with contractors, booking in maintenance works, key control and assisting our Maintenance Manager with his day to day duties.

Mark Houghton


Marked joined Cleaver Property Management in 2018 bringing with him many years of knowledge and experience. Mark’s various skills within the maintenance sector help greatly to meet the demands of our ever growing business. Mark provides support to the Property Managers and liaises with contractors and suppliers to ensure effective solutions to maintenance requests.
