Martin Cleaver
Martin is a Director within the company and has worked within both commercial and residential property sectors. Martin gained experience with Unisys and PriceWaterhouseCoopers before specialising in residential property with a company based in Wokingham. Martin has over 20 years experience of managing residential property. Martin is responsible for developing the business as a high quality Property Management company.
Susan Cleaver
Susan is a Director with the company having started the business in 1993 with her husband, Martin. Susan has worked for Johnson & Johnson and Dell Computers in a variety of administrative roles. Susan now specialises in accounting and personnel within the business ensuring that all aspects of the financial management for clients is effectively delivered.
Imogene Wood – Book Keeper
Imogene joined Cleaver Property Management following extensive experience gained within the Banking sector. Imogene’s background of accounting and book keeping is useful in dealing with the collection of service charges, debtor control, supplier payment and general fiscal control over client’s accounts.
Matthew Daniel – Property Manager
Having joined Cleaver Property Management as a Management trainee, Matthew gained experience as a Property Administrator. Matthew was responsible for liaison with residents and contractors, dealing with all aspects of contract management, maintenance projects and Insurance matters. Matthew, along with Martin, has now undertaken the relevant training under the FSA to deal with all matters relating to Insurance. Matthew is now responsible for his own portfolio of properties.
Annette Poulson – Book Keeper
Annette joined Cleaver Property Management following experience in the Construction and Finance Industries. Annette, like Imogene, has responsibility for a portfolio of properties, dealing with all aspects of service charge collection, supplier payment and debtor control.
Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager fulfils the role of providing support to the Property Managers. The Manager liaises with Contractors and suppliers to ensure effective solutions to maintenance requests. In addition the Manager will draw up specifications for contracts, oversee major projects and maintain registers for both asbestos and Fire Risk Assessment purposes.
