We will also work closely with your Solicitors to provide help in drafting leases and covenants and ensuring that completion of sales correctly captures service charge payments, ground rent and/or insurance premiums.

Our business is based on family values and so once the sale is complete we will produce ‘Welcome packs' to all new homeowners with details of how to deal with any issues and who to contact. This is a really helpful thorough guide for new residents – it even lets them know where the refuse area is!

We can also arrange to collect ground rents and other fees.
