JOB OPPORTUNITIES We are a firm of Managing Agents based in Wokingham with a fast growing portfolio of properties throughout the Thames Valley. Our expansion means we are looking to recruit. Property Manager The right candidate will have a Property Management background, be responsible for a portfolio of properties throughout the Thames Valley including some of our flagship sites. This role means a close liaison with both residents and contractors. You will be supported in this role but expected to take a real hands on approach to deliver a high quality of management to our clients. We are seeking someone who can deliver this service and who will look to grow the portfolio without compromising service levels. There is a competitive salary and package available.
Administrative Assistant The growth of the business means we are looking to recruit someone with administrative skills who can support the Directors and Staff. This role will be based out our idyllic offices here at Bearwood Lakes Golf Course. We are initially looking for someone part time but this will lead to full time as the business grows. If you have PC skills and an administrative background then we would like to hear from you. The salary is negotiable.
