SITE VISITS AND MEETINGS
Cleaver Property Management Limited is aware of the importance of both site visits and attendance at meetings. Cleaver Property Management Limited will arrange to visit the flats at least once every four weeks and to attend any meetings to which it is invited.
Cleaver Property Management Limited would be prepared to attend any meetings and to prepare a monthly/quarterly/annual report for maintenance items together with the various financial reports outlined above.
Cleaver Property Management Limited will also help with arrangements for the AGM, in conjunction with the Secretary, preparing agenda's and distributing Accounts etc.
Cleaver Property Management Limited can then help with the production of the minutes and their distribution.
