Cleaver Property Management is a business that depends upon the personnel it employs. Martin and Sue have spent 25 years in Property Management.
Martin has spent 15 years in Commercial property management with Unisys and Coopers & Lybrand. For the last 20 years Martin has widened his property management skills within the residential sector. Martin is responsible for dealing with the Management Company, the overall administration of the property, dealing with maintenance contractors and project management.
Martin is responsible for attending meetings with the Management Company and will undertake the regular site visits.
Sue has spent over 15 years in various secretarial and administrative roles including Marketing Secretary at Johnson & Johnson and PA to the Managing Director at Dell Computers. Sue has more recently worked within the property business and applied her administrative skills to this area of management. Sue is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial administration of the Management Company, dealing with your Auditors and Companies House to ensure compliance with both your instructions and Company Law. Sue deals with debtors and liaises with Solicitors in respect of debt recovery.
Imogene has recently joined Cleaver Property Management as our Book Keeper. Imogene will be responsible for all day to day processing of all financial transactions; collecting Service Charges, paying Contractors, dealing with all queries relating to customer payments etc. Matthew is our Property Administrator and deals with all aspects of maintenance, booking contractors, handling Insurance claims and queries together with Solicitors enquiries and company administration.
