• You will have a dedicated Property Manager to answer any queries and deal with you directly
• You will have a dedicated Bookkeeper to answer your queries and those of the tenants
• All e-mails and letters will be answered within 2 business days
• All telephone calls will be dealt with within 2 business days
• We will inform you about the latest products and services we can provide to help you
• We will agree deadlines with you and stick to them when possible
